The lady in the office quickly set up a date for my boiler’s annual maintenance and sent a reminder two days beforehand. Sebastian was on time, explained what he was doing and suggested I check the water pressure on the boiler regularly.

He was efficient, clean and made sure the radiators did not need bleeding. Sebastian connected the plumbing in my new home last year, and it was reassuring to hear him say that I had a good quality boiler and the home was well insulated. Thank you, Oakfield Plumbing and Heating.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used Oakfield Plumbing and Heating to service my boiler and cylinder, and to fix the outdoor outlet pipe, which was constantly dripping.

I made the appointment via email, and all replies were prompt. They were able to come a week after my initial email.

The engineer could not have been more polite and professional. He clearly explained the work that had been carried out. He also made numerous suggestions for things I might want to do in future to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish they did more than plumbing, as it is so hard to find tradesmen of this quality.
